Our 12U Firebirds Softball Team is committed to player development by focusing on both fundamental and advanced skills to help athletes grow into well-rounded players. Our structured training program emphasizes hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running, ensuring that each player receives the instruction needed to improve their technique and game awareness. Coaches provide personalized feedback during practices, using drills and game simulations to reinforce strategic thinking and in-game decision-making. Strength and conditioning exercises are also incorporated to enhance agility, speed, and endurance, helping players perform at their best throughout the season.
